    For schools or teams using the Rooting to Rise™ framework who want help adapting or upgrading their materials. I’ll review your existing lesson flow, suggest changes, and help align your content more deeply with the vision behind the program — clarity, autonomy, integration. Available as one-time or ongoing support.

  • Vision-Aligned Training & Collaboration

    Bringing teams into sync with the work.
    Custom sessions designed to support organizations in aligning with the Rooting to Rise™ framework — whether through staff training, lesson delivery support, or co-developing practices that reflect the values of the program. These trainings are adaptable to the unique goals, setting, and audience of each organization.

    Custom trainings and creative planning for programs, organizations, or team leads who want to bring Rooting to Rise™ values into their own work. Project-based pricing varies by scope and can include staff sessions, pilot feedback, or co-creative development.

  • New Educator Mentorship

    Support that’s steady, clear, and rooted.
    Individual mentorship designed for educators early in their journey. Sessions focus on confidence-building, presence in the classroom, and grounding practices that help sustain long-term alignment and connection with students.

    $175/month (2 sessions + email support)
    For facilitators new to the Rooting to Rise™ approach — or those seeking guidance as they integrate it into their own voice and setting. Includes two 60-minute sessions/month plus in-between support for questions, pacing, or reflection.
